Gongos Research can also provide clients the ability to conduct Web site usability tests in our lab, which includes:

• A computer for the respondent's use that includes a 17" monitor and high-speed Internet connection
• A picture-in-picture view of the respondent's face and the computer monitor in the observation room
• Videotaping of the picture-in-picture view
• A one-way mirror, which allows observers to view the respondents directly
