As a Senior Project Director, you will manage complex research projects independently from start to finish. Responsibilities include overseeing all phases of the research process as well as client management and development. In this key role, you will help lead a client project management team within the Consumer Product, Retail/Services or Automotive/Powersports teams. Developing trust with our clients is essential. With exposure to a variety of industries and research methodologies, the ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, take ownership of the project’s success, and have the desire to learn, grow and be challenged.

Requirements:

• Passion for marketing research
• Minimum 5 years research experience
• Excellent client management skills
• Ability to design and execute research projects and interpret meaningful and actionable results
• Ability to multi-task and effectively manage deadlines
• Excellent writing/presentation skills
• Comfortable leading and motivating teams
