Role: Human Resources Director
Our rapid growth has led to the newly created position of Human Resources Director. In this role, you will have the opportunity to guide, further develop, and manage the human resource function for our company, as well as work directly with key members of our senior management team to find top talent to join our firm. If you have a passion for human resources, a passion for people, enjoy new challenges and are a strategic thinker, then you possess some of the qualities we embody.
Requirements:
- 7 years of increasingly responsible human resources experience.
- Proven HR Generalist skills including employee relations, employment law, compensation, performance management, recruitment, policy development and documentation.
- Ability to lay strong foundations and build/lead teams.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully identify needs, while putting tools, systems and processes in place.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and management skills.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Proven ability to think strategically.
- Capacity to be a proactive thinker and have true vision
- B.A. in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.
