Role: Accounting Specialist

As our Accounting Specialist, you will manage the billing function for the company, including preparing and sending client invoices, and recording billings on our intranet system. Other responsibilities include preparing, recording and tracking incentive payments for consumer respondents, accounts receivable collections, financially closing client projects, and bank reconciliations. In this role, you will support the Accounting Manager in the management of accounting functions for the company.

Requirements:

• Solid understanding and experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable and collections
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and accounting software; knowledge of Solomon 6.0 a plus.
• Excellent multi-tasking, problem-solving and communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to various projects and situations, including assisting the Accounts Payable Specialist when needed
• Associates Degree or higher
