From strategic thinking to tactical acuity, Katherine espouses excellence in shepherding her team towards meeting client goals. It is exceeding these goals that gave rise to the launch of the Financial & Diversified team in 2010. In partnering with banking and services institutions, Katherine empowers a team of researchers to design and implement an optimal mix of methodologies that lead companies toward developing products and programs that enrich consumers’ lives.
Taking a client–centric approach, Katherine has added dimension to Gongos Research’s quantitative approaches by leading enhancements in data simulation techniques, custom verbatim interfaces, and industry compliance protocols.
Before becoming an Account Director at Gongos Research in 2006, Katherine was a Marketing Consultant offering expertise in market assessment, feasibility and positioning. Prior to that she spent five years at General Motors as a Marketing Manager responsible for product research, brand management, and market dynamics modeling.
Katherine earned her MBA in Marketing from The Eli Broad Graduate School of Management at Michigan State University, and her BA in Psychology from the University of Vermont.
