With Gongos Research since it opened its doors, Christi has been integral to the growth and diversification strategy of the company. While leading the Consumer Products Research Group, Christi also champions the company’s business development efforts, streamlining communications with account leaders and the marketing team to develop outreach strategies that are meaningful to our clients.

As a fervent supporter and partner to her clients, Christi inspires her team to espouse strategic thinking and work hand-in-hand with our company’s specialty teams to design custom research and develop products that meet clients’ research needs, as well as their overall business objectives. Her drive to deliver results that truly make an impact on the organization has enabled her to foster enduring relationships with Fortune 500 clients.

Having moderated focus groups for clients in multiple industries for nearly two decades, Christi's ability to get to the core of consumers’ motivations has guided the enhancement of advanced product development and targeted positioning campaigns.

Christi has contributed to the marketing research industry as a track chair and presenter at annual conferences such as The Market Research Event (IIR), and has authored several articles focused on strategies in concept and product development, as well as leveraging consumer insights to maximize potential.

She earned her BS in Marketing at Miami University (OH).
